The german Organist Christian Schmitt plays dificult oeuvres by Franz Liszt for solo organ and orchestra in the philharmonic hall of Luxembourg. In this concert recording he interprets “Fantasie und Fuge über den Choral Der Wiedertäufer aus Giacomo Meyerbeers Oper Le Prophète” as well as the symphonic poem “Oprheus”.
