Mission Orchester – Christoph Poppen und die Deutsche Radio Philharmonie

In 2007 a new orchestra is born: The “SWR Rundfunkorcheser Kaiserslautern” is fusing with the “Rundunkforchester-Sinfonierorchester Saarbrücken. together they are  the “Deutsche Radiophilharmonie” an Chrsitoph Poppen is becomes it`s first chief-conductor. The film shows the conductor working with the orchestra and presents him as a visioned manager with leaderships, dedicated to his job.
